Examples Of Previous Tagpoker Students
Borg
Borg initially started out playing the $2 (micro stakes) heads up SNG's. He got in contact with me through the 2+2 forums and said that he'd like to be coached to move up the stakes
Borg is a bright guy and absorbed all of the information from my heads up poker course like a sponge and rapidly climbed the stakes.
You can now find Borg playing $1000 heads up games on Pokerstars and has become a real force at the tables. He's testament to the fact that you can make as little or as much money as you want, once you understand how to win in these games.
If you would like to find out more about what he's up to with his poker right now or even speak to him yourself then be sure to check out his bankroll thread in the Tagpoker forums.
Some Of Borg's Recent Results
Blazing Saddler
Blazing_Saddler is from the UK and joined tagpoker back in March 2010. He was another heads up SNG enthusiast that just lacked the tools to have a solid, winning game that made consistent profits.
As soon as he finished the heads up poker course he had improved so much and now you'll often find him playing the mid stakes on Pokerstars.
You can speak with him yourself as he can be found most days in the Tagpoker forum and even has his own poker thread here: Blazing_saddlers Poker Bankroll Thread (Ongoing Results)

Mr Corbishley
Mr Corbishley did my heads up poker course by getting it through one of the poker rooms which meant that he instantly got the course for free.
After learning the strategy in the power point videos and learning how to play poker he instantly became a winning player. After he had his 1-1 session with me to review his games, he went from a marginal winner to crushing the low stakes and was easily able to make four figures a month when only a few weeks before he didn't know how to even beat the games.
Below are some of his results the month after he completed the last lesson of the course.

Brokerstar
Brokerstar is the sites lead instructor and recently completed a bankroll challenge for everyone to follow.
In this challenge Brokerstar turned $50 into $5000 in less than 1000 heads up SNG, Texas Hold'em poker games, starting at the $2 micro stakes games. He also produced lots of training videos where he shares his poker tips showing exactly how he did it so that you too can follow in his footsteps and build a real bankroll from next to nothing.
You can see from the results graph below that he is not only a capable player but actually has one of the highest win rates in the world for these games with an impressive 22% ROI (10% ROI is considered a very solid win rate).
Online poker is no longer like the good old 'party days' where all you needed was the highest party poker bonus code and a basic game plan and then you would be good to go. No now poker is a lot harder but still very beatable so make sure you make the most of our sites free poker training videos.

The first lesson will give you a complete game plan for crushing loose/ passive players (also known as 'Calling Stations'). Never again will you mind playing someone that never folds.
The second lesson will teach you how to really destroy tight players. You'll instantly see how dramatically different the game plan is compared to the Calling Stations.
This video lesson is probably the one that people look forward to the most and that's the lesson on how to beat the aggressive opponents.
In this video I'll talk you through how I tell the difference between loose aggressive players (LAG's), tight aggressive players (TAG's) and complete maniacs.
This is a bonus video which expands on your logic behind making bets. I found that even though in the first video I fully explained the bets I make against certain player types and in what situations, there where a handful of students that still had some flawed logic as to the reasons they were making the bets they were.
This new video in the course is the basics of bluffing and the practical application. In this video we talk about good situations to bluff, semi bluffing, stone clod bluffs, double and triple barells, board textures, game flow, when to do it and who to do it against.
The other two new videos are 100% focused on end game and short stack play, a more aggressive approach and the adjustments I make vs differing player types. I'm always being asked questions such as "at what stage do you start shoving?" and the truth is it depends on lots of things and it's all covered in these two new videos.
In this video I continue to talk about the adjustments that you need to make when you're short stacked or at the 'end game' stage of a heads up, SNG game.
