HUSNG Bankroll Building Challenge
It's snowing like crazy here and everyone is snowed in. That must mean that lots of people are at home and wanting to play poker, no?
What can I say about the last few days other than epic down swing. I lost 7 out of 8 games and felt that it was time to take a break.
Variance is the one thing that every poker player hates (well the darkside of variance that is) but it happens to us all.
So my plan was to take a break and drop back down in stakes. I hate dropping down in stakes but when you're running bad, it's never a bad idea.
On the plus side I have recovered all of the losses mainly through playing $20 games and my graph is at a new profit high. I'm going to keep grinding untill I break $1000 then I'll take some shots at the $50 games but be ready to drop back to the $30's if I drop a couple of buyins.
This is aggressive bankroll management but as long as you have it inside you to drop back down if your shots don't go to plan then you should be fine.
I also played a HUSNG against Borg today as we thought it would be fun and an interesting dynamic considering we both play the same style. Safe to say that the match was pretty explosive and could easily of gone either way.
